4. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed for shipment.
5. Shipping
Estimated shipping times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by circumstances outside our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has shipped, except where a product arrives damaged or does not match the batch listed at checkout. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report any issue with your order.
7. Certificates of Analysis
Every batch we release is independently third-party lab tested, and a corresponding Certificate of Analysis is made available on our COA Lookup page. COAs are provided for informational purposes and reflect testing performed on the specific batch referenced at the time of testing.
